Raheja Universal Private Limited. pursuant to a special resolution passed at an extra-ordinary general meeting dated March 19. 2003 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued consequent to the name change on March 28, 2003. The change in name was to create a distinct Raheja brand Subsequently. the name of our Company was further changed to Raheja Universal Private Limited. Pursuant to a special resolution passed at an extra-ordinary general meeting dated September 11. 2009. A fresh certificate of incorporation, consequent upon name change, was granted to our Company on September 25. 2009 by the ROC. A fresh certificate of incorporation. consequent upon name change, was granted to our Company on 09th August, 2012 by the ROC.
